1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Since our products are digital and downloadable, we do not offer returns. However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• You received an incorrect or defective report.
• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
• You experienced technical issues that prevented access to the purchased file.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact us at info@startupindiaprojects.com within 48 hours of purchase.
2. Provide proof of purchase and explain the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• If the report has been downloaded successfully.
• If you purchased the wrong report by mistake.
• If you no longer need the product after purchase.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
